For Large Equipment / Freight Shipments

  3. Note any discrepancies on the freight bill (sign with exceptions)

  4. Request forklift or equipment repositioning if needed

10. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

Shipment Delays

  • We will investigate with the carrier and provide updates

  • For delays exceeding 7 days, we will file a loss claim and offer replacements or refunds

Damaged in Transit
